Directions from Interstate 80: Take exit 249 toward Iowa City (this is a left if you are coming from the east/Quad Cities).  This is Herbert Hoover Hwy, which will turn into Rochester Ave. 2. Turn left on First Ave.  This is at a stoplight, and Hy-Vee DrugStore is on this corner. 3. The First Avenue Building will be on your left, just after Wendy’s. 4. Enter in the door under the “State Farm” sign.  They are my neighbors and we share an external entrance. 5.  Please text or call me to let me know you have arrived (319-569-6008).  You may wait for me in your vehicle, at the door if the weather cooperates, or in the building’s conference room.  To find the conference room, as soon as you enter the building, take the first left. The conference room is the fourth door on the left, just after a piano studio.  Enjoy the music.
